TELEPATHY EXERCISES FOR BEGINNERS

For beginners, telepathy exercises involve a sender and receiver focusing on a simple image or symbol, practicing the “Symbol Transmission Exercise” where the sender visualizes a symbol and the receiver tries to “sense” it. Another is the card-guessing exercise where a partner uses their hand over a line of face-down cards to try to identify a specific one. Consistency in practice is key, and beginners are encouraged to start with simple concepts to build confidence. 

Symbol Transmission Exercise 

  1. Prepare:

Have a partner select a simple shape or symbol (like a star or circle) on a piece of paper.

  1. Sender:

Focus on the chosen symbol, visualizing it clearly and “sending” the image with your mind.

  1. Receiver:

Relax, clear your mind, and be open to receiving the image. Try to visualize or sense the symbol that is being sent.

  1. Compare:

After a few minutes, the receiver can describe what they “received” and compare it to the actual symbol. 

Card-Guessing Exercise 

  1. Prepare:

Get a deck of cards. Spread out only the face cards in a line, with the backs of the cards facing up and touching each other.

  1. Choose:

You will need to have one card in mind that you are trying to identify.

  1. Focus:

Pass your hand, palm down, slowly over all the cards in one direction. Then, pass your hand back in the opposite direction for as long as needed.

  1. Identify:

Try to sense which card is the one you are “looking for” without looking at the faces. 

Additional tips for beginners 

 ⁃ Quiet your mind: Use meditation to help clear your mind of distractions and become more receptive.

 ⁃ Trust the process: Believe in the ability to connect without being overly critical or analytical, especially at the beginning.

 ⁃ Start simple: Begin with basic shapes, colours, or single words to make the exercise easier.

 ⁃ Practice consistency: Regular, consistent practice is crucial for developing and strengthening the skill. 

You can also try practicing with your pet, perhaps ask them to choose a specific colour or toy. In your mind ask them to fetch it?

A Sense Of

Try to get a sense of energy change within you. If you feel an itch, or a muscle spasm, or a finger twitch, or if you feel inside like your adrenaline rises slightly. Or you get goosebumps or like a dawning of an idea or concept in your mind or a realisation. Sometimes it can feel like you get butterflies in your stomach like driving over the brow a hill at speed and feel slightly weightless or exhilarated or thrilled, a little burst of energy, a signal inside you.

Try to listen out for those messages you are receiving through listening to your body and all its detection equipment, all your six senses.

Lastly, if you want to find out who else is telepathic, go to a busy street and find a seat, then scream out loud in your head and then see who turns around? Haha!
