Making a Quantum Shift/Quantum Leap

Upgrading your Life

Often people wish to trade places with someone else who has a seemingly better life or they wish that their life circumstances were different and more prosperous. There are a few reasons why people no longer wish to be where they are now. Some may perceive themselves as suffering and wish to move into a non-suffering state of being, some people may be poor and want to have a better financial situation, some for finding true love etc.

The key motivator is that they no longer wish to be the person that they are and want to move into an improved state from the current one.

To understand Quantum Jumping, and how you can “jump” into another quantum aspect of you, first you have to identify the aspects of you that you wish to change and then release and let go of.

This then helps you to unlock and upgrade the parts of you that you wish to keep and cultivate, as well as exploring the new aspects of your quantum self that you wish to become.

Quantum Tunnelling

You can do straight quantum jumps into a quantum aspect of you- I.e. Think about the version of you that you want to be, then just do it the next day for the rest of your life. But this is more like quantum tunnelling where you create the version of you really fast and change in a very short duration. I don’t recommend this method as this way there is no identifying of current issues that need specific changes or clearings. You just go straight into a new version of you.

I recommend the slower version where you identify the specific parts that you want to change, then you can remove those over an easier pace of time. That way you can integrate your new quantum aspect more gradually and it’s not such a shock to the system. You can take on more and more of the new, while simultaneously removing the aspects that no longer serve you or are part of you. You identify a specific, then upgrade it or remove it to allow the new current frequencies to enter.

Quantum tunnelling has a less definite lasting basis than quantum jumping the effects of which last longer. My point is that you have to know a destination first in order to get to it. Rather than just heading in a direction you think is the way. It’s the same principle as for making a quantum jump. You have to know/identify what you would like to become and also identify, first, what you wish to keep as part of your new aspect. Also, what you wish to change or remove as part of that old aspect of you that allows for the new aspect, that’s defined by you, to come in and appear.

Self-Reflection

Upgrading your life often begins with a process of self-reflection across the different dimensions of your well-being. Common areas people wish to enhance generally fall into the following categories: 

Identifying key life factors

  • What to keep and love
  • What to evaluate for upgrade and change
  • What to remove and clear
  • What new to explore and do

Analysis and reflection about yourself, what works for you and is staying, what doesn’t work for you and is going?

The main areas about you to place your focus upon.

Physical Health:

Focusing on nutrition, fitness, sleep quality, and stress management. How well are you maintaining your body? Are there any health issues that you think need attending to?

Mental and Emotional Well-being:

Addressing mindset, managing emotions, seeking personal growth, and improving self-awareness. How much do you prioritise having a healthy curious mindset for learning new things and keeping the mind interested and engaged? 

Relationships:

Nurturing connections with family, friends, and partners, as well as fostering new, healthy social ties. Identifying the types of energies you no longer wish to interact with, and people who are not supportive of your natural self. Refining the quality and interactions you have in various relationships. Connecting to more like-minded people, social groups and communities.

No longer feeding relationships that are not reciprocal.

Re-evaluating what is important to you and for increasing good relationships that support you.

Career and Finance:

Seeking professional development, increasing income, managing debt, and planning for long-term financial security. Taking stock of your assets and updating or terminating any contracts that do not support you or prevent you from development. Re-assessing the financial instruments you use. Looking at consolidating assets and being able to make them more flexible for new banking systems. Whilst converting some assets to physical gold or silver.

Personal Development and Hobbies:

Allocating time for learning new skills, pursuing passions, or engaging in creative outlets. Following your inspiration, researching more into the topics and activities you like to do. Finding a way to express yourself through your own creative ways.

Does your life contain inspiration and excite you; do you wish to have more ways to enrich your life?

Environment:

Creating a more organized, peaceful, and functional living or working space so that your life flows more smoothly and is less chaotic.

To identify specific areas for improvement, consider evaluating your current satisfaction level in each category and pinpointing which ones feel most neglected or offer the greatest potential for positive change. 

Steps for Quantum Jumping

“Quantum jumping,” in a metaphorical sense, is a practice of shifting your reality through intense visualization and belief. The process typically involves vividly imagining your desired reality, feeling the emotions associated with it, and affirming it as your current reality. This is often framed as a psychological and spiritual practice rather than a literal scientific one but also can be quite literal too.

Steps for a “quantum jump” 

There are infinite versions of you, all playing out their various timelines all at once. Some of the versions of you have red, brown, blond, black hair colour, etc, etc; taller, shorter etc. By identifying the one you wish to be jumping into, you then jump into that person from a dominant frequency.

Seeing as everything is all one, it means that all those infinite versions of you are reflections of you but with a different set of thought parameters and patterns that create their various different types of jabbers and behaviours.

As water can be steam or ice, and ice can be water or steam etc, it is because each state vibrates at a different frequency that’s all. Which means that so too is consciousness also fluid at being different materialisations of those versions of you. So too can consciousness present itself in different states or as different versions of you. You are different versions of you in just one day. You are a different person in the morning when you wake up, from the you at the end of the day before you go to sleep. Having gained a day’s new experiences, thoughts and activities from the previous.

So, the identity you wish to jump into is already inside of you. Just waiting for you to reflect and affect changes in your frequency to materialise that other quantum self as you.

Define your desired reality:

Be very specific about what you want to “jump” to. So think about what person you’d like to be. Try and think of all the little details about them, their posture, character, mannerisms. The way they hold themselves, the way they speak, the speed, pace and energy of that person you wish to jump into.

Visualise vividly:

Sit or lie in a comfortable position and vividly imagine this new reality. Engage all your senses: what do you see, hear, and feel?

Draw a picture of them, look for clothes for them, hear them speaking, observe how they interact with others in various hypothetical situations in your mind.

Feel the emotions:

Connect with the emotions of your desired reality, such as joy and gratitude, as if it has already happened. What do they feel inside, how does it show in their expressions, or how they speak and what topics they speak of.

Use affirmations:

Verbally reinforce your new reality by affirming, “I am living in my desired reality”. Say to yourself things that your new self likes to say, use a theme tune for your new persona, like a movie soundtrack to your life.

Shift your focus:

Intentionally shift your thoughts away from your current reality and towards your desired one with a knowing of what your quantum self would do. Invest more certainty of belief into the new paradigm shift.

You must believe that shifting is possible and focus your attention on the desired reality.

Emotional alignment:

The practice emphasizes aligning your emotions with your desired state to make the manifestation more powerful.

Psychological shift:

In a psychological context, “quantum jumping” is seen as a rapid transformation that occurs after a sudden insight or change in perspective. This change in mindset can lead to new behaviours and decision-making.

Filler moments:

The transition to a new reality may include “filler moments” that provide logical-seeming explanations for the change, making it feel more natural. 

Creating narratives that make whatever happens to you, be seen with the filter of your new quantum self as the reason.

All versions of You

There is you, in the here in the present now, and there is the quantum you, also here in the present now. All versions of you are compatible with becoming more or less of you. There is nothing obstructing this transition should you wish to make it, except your own limitations of belief.  The ability to quantum jump is within you, it’s just up to you to identify what you are leaving behind first before you identify what you are jumping into.
